These are the higher quality cars that have good detail, body mounted accumate stye couplers, and come with blackened metal wheels. I have several of these and I'm very happy with them. They seem to be more accurately weighted but may still be a little on the light side. I have been running mine right out of the box and haven't had any trouble.
I've never found ready to run rolling stock this nice for $7.49 each before.
I think they're well worth it.
P.S. They look even better after you weather them a bit!
